yoga with bren comes from a passion to make yoga accessible and to build a community that continuously learn together. Its an opportunity to share yoga in an affordable & educational way through an online virtual studio.

yoga with bren was inspired by the incredible teachers who are leading the way in promoting accessibility in yoga & yoga philosophy and the encouragement to teach by some fantastic humans.

yoga with bren teaches vinyasa, restorative & yin yoga. These practices are often intertwined in the classes stitching together different styles to match the energy of the class. Check out our classes page for more detail.

To join a class you will need to book a class using a class pass or purchase while booking. Once booked, you will receive an email confirmation with a class link.

yoga with bren classes are staged in the instructors home and hosted via Zoom.

You can cancel a class up to 1 hour in an advance and receive a class pass. Cancellations within 1 hour will forfeit the class fee.

No. Classes will not be recorded to respect the privacy of our community. If on-demand classes or class recordings is something you are interested in, please reach out to contact@yogawithbren.com.
